Once the driver is uninstalled, click Action from the top menu bar.Select Uninstall and confirm any additional prompts.Right-click your Realtek high definition audio device.Locate and double click Sound, video and game controllers.So, uninstalling and letting Windows reinstall the drivers will resolve the issue. This problem is usually related to faulty or corrupted drivers. Method 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the Drivers This will make it easier for you to run it. If this works for you then simply right click the exe file and select Create shortcut. This should open the Realtek Audio Manager for you.Type C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\ and press Enter.
